Our Silver Package
This package is designed for couples who would like guidance and assistance throughout the planning process. The package includes wedding rehearsal organization and direction and wedding day coordination tailored to your needs.

Planning

• Five meetings to coordinate budget, vendor recommendations, décor and all things wedding-related.
• Unlimited telephone and e-mail consultations.
• Recommendations for accommodations, activities, welcome-baskets and transportation for out-of-town guests.
• Optional attendance when meeting with vendors to negotiate or finalize contracts.
• Act as point of contact between you and the vendors from planning stages to the day of the wedding.
• RSVP and guest list management.
• Assist in designing décor, reception floor plan and seating assignments.
• Provide suggestions and assistance with honeymoon planning.
• Rehearsal ceremony instruction and dinner coordination as requested.
• Secure staff for wedding day. *Additional charges may apply for number of staff needed/hours needed.*
• Printed time-line and instructions outline given to each attendant.
• Accommodate all special requests.

The Big Day

• At least two consultants at the event to ensure a perfect, stress-free day.
• Supervision of set-up at ceremony and reception locations.
• Coordinate all travel for wedding party.
• Provide and maintain schedule of events.
• Instruct guests and participants of their duties.
• Attend to bridal party and guest needs and requests.
• Cue wedding party for processional.
• Assist with photo sessions both before and after the ceremony and at the reception.
• Coordinate and maintain schedule of reception events.
• Deliver any required payments to vendors.
• Ensure safe delivery of gifts and cards to predetermined location.
• Return any rented materials.
• Assist with clean-up of reception.
