Planning

• Unlimited consultations via e-mail and telephone during the planning process and in-person meetings as needed.
• Create a budget for the wedding which will be closely monitored throughout the planning process.
• Design a personalized and unique ceremony and reception.
• Secure and attend appointments with vendors to choose invitations, location, florist, transportation, caterer, cake, favors, entertainment, wedding attire, décor etc.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts for wedding day services.
• Organize accommodations, activities, welcome baskets and transportation for out-of-town guests.
• Assembly and delivery of save the date cards, invitations, wedding program, thank-you notes etc.
• RSVP and guest list management.
• Assist in designing décor, reception floor plan and seating assignments.
• Provide suggestions and assistance with honeymoon planning.
• Rehearsal ceremony instruction and dinner coordination.
• Secure staff for events.
• Schedule manicure, pedicure, hair, beauty appointments for bridal party.
• Provide printed time-line and instructions outline to each attendant.

The Big Day

• At least two consultants at the event to ensure a perfect, stress-free day.
• Supervision of set-up at ceremony and reception locations.
• Coordinate all travel for wedding party.
• Provide and maintain schedule of events.
• Instruct guests and participants of their duties.
• Attend to bridal party and guest needs and requests.
• Cue wedding party for processional.
• Assist with photo sessions both before and after the ceremony and at the reception.
• Coordinate and maintain schedule of reception events.
• Deliver any required payments to vendors.
• Ensure safe delivery of gifts and cards to predetermined location.
• Return any rented materials.
• Assist with clean-up of reception.
