This package is designed for couples who have organized and planned the wedding and reception on their own but would like professional assistance to make sure the day is enjoyable, stress-free and runs smoothly according to the plan.

• Two meetings and unlimited phone and e-mail consultations to coordinate services.
• Review vendor contracts and information and act as liaison between couple and vendors, confirming services and arrival times.
• At least two consultants at the event to ensure a perfect, stress-free day.
• Supervision of set-up at ceremony and reception locations.
• Coordinate all travel for wedding party.
• Provide and maintain schedule of events.
• Instruct guests and participants of their duties.
• Attend to bridal party and guest needs and requests.
• Cue wedding party for processional.
• Assist with photo sessions both before and after the ceremony and at the reception.
• Coordinate and maintain schedule of reception events.
• Deliver any required payments to vendors.
• Ensure safe delivery of gifts and cards to predetermined location.
• Return any rented materials.
• Assist with clean-up of reception.
