• Two meetings and unlimited phone and e-mail consultations to coordinate services.
• Review vendor contracts and information; acting as a liaison between couple and vendors, confirming services and arrival times.
• At least two consultants at the ceremony rehearsal and ceremony to ensure a perfect, stress-free day.
• Supervision of set-up at ceremony location.
• Instruct ceremony participants of their duties.
• Attend to bridal party and guest needs and requests.
• Cue wedding party for processional.
• Assist with cleanup of ceremony site.
