During this meeting we will determine what type of event
you are looking to create. You can select the services which will best assist you with the planning
and management of your event from our A La Carte Menu.
A La Carte Menu
- Design a personalized and unique event including the creation of favors, gifts etc.
- Create a budget for the event which will be closely monitored throughout the planning process.
- Secure and attend appointments with vendors to choose invitations, location, florist, transportation, caterer, cake, favors, entertainment, decor etc.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts for services.
- Organize accommodations, activities, welcome baskets and transportation.
- Assembly and delivery of save the date cards, invitations, thank-you notes etc. (Client pays postage)
- RSVP and guest list management.
- Assist in designing decor, event floor plan and seating assignments.
- Secure staff for events.
- At least two consultants at the event to ensure a perfect, stress-free day. Includes supervision of set-up at event location, maintaining schedule of events, assisting guests, returning any rented materials, assisting with clean-up of event.
- We can accommodate all special requests.
- NOTE: Any A La Carte selection includes unlimited consultations via e-mail and telephone during the planning process.
