
Our goal at Events Made Easy is to help our clients
plan, produce and manage important occasions so that they are as
enjoyable and memorable as possible. We strive to make each event
unique, allowing the host or hostess to put their personal stamp on the
gathering while making sure schedules are kept and wishes are fulfilled.
Rachel Pasternak
Artistic Director/Lead Consultant
Rachel has always had a knack for planning and
arranging events. She attended The Harley School for thirteen years and
was able to assist in the planning of Open House Events as well as
school functions. She received her B.A. from Syracuse University and
interned for US Senator Charles E. Schumer, for whom she arranged press
conferences and Rochester visits.
As the Assistant Director of Admissions at Mitchell
College in New London, CT, Rachel started the tradition of the ‘Summer
Beach Bash’ to welcome students from New York and Massachusetts to the
school with a seaside picnic and activities. She also assisted in the
planning of Open Houses, special events and parties on campus and across
the country. Rachel also designed and coordinated events for The
Westchester, Putnam and Rockland County Counselors Association and the
Long Island Counselors Association. She earned her M.A. from Nazareth
College and has been active in orchestrating parties, showers and other
social gatherings since returning to Rochester in 2006.
Rachel
is an Award of Merit graduate of the QC School of Wedding Planning and
certified as an International Wedding Planning Professional (IWPP).
